Matching never needs a name
The matching layer never sees a client's name. Only what it takes to find a fit: a specialty, an insurance type, an age range, and who has an opening.
A place to coordinate, not a chart
Clinical records stay in a practice's own systems. This is where people talk and plan.
Notes don't linger
Referral notes and messages between practices are deleted after 90 days.
